What happens
Asides connects to Zoom or Google Drive and picks up meetings that were already being recorded. No bot joins your call — a participant named "English Coach" would tell the whole room that someone present is being coached.
The first time, you tap which speaker is you. That's the last time you'll be asked. Everyone else's audio is discarded the moment yours is found.
Grammar and phrasing from what you said, pronunciation scored down to the phoneme from how you said it.
A short report after the meeting, while it's still in your head. When the meeting was clean, Asides stays quiet. Silence is part of the design.

Privacy
Your employer pays for Asides. That's the whole of their involvement. Everything below is a property of the software, not a setting you have to find and switch on.
There is no manager view. Not restricted, not permissioned, not hidden. It was never built.
The company sees a seat count. No scores, no progress, no transcripts, no names against numbers.
The recording is deleted when processing ends. What survives is your report and two-second clips of your own flagged words, gone after 30 days.
Your colleagues are never stored. Their voices aren't kept, their words never appear in anyone's report.
You opt in yourself. An employer can buy you a seat. They cannot enroll you.
Language training only. Contractually never an input to performance review.
If your English could be used against you, you'd never speak freely enough to improve it.
